All Trade ads must be paid in U.S. dollars or
equivalent. A deposit of 1/2 the total cost MUST be received with
material. Agencies excepted.

We require positive film, right reading, emulsion
down, 150-175 line screen preferred, 133 accepted. Cromalin colour keys
or progressive proofs MUST accompany all four colour film (we are not
responsible for final colour if a proof is not supplied). Advertising
copy of film change costs ordered by advertisers or agency will be billed.
We will accept digital files native to, or that
can be opened in the following programs:
- Adobe Indesign CS5.5
- Adobe Photoshop CS3
- Adobe Acrobat Professional
- Abobe Illustrator CS3
- All fonts must be included and or outlined.
- Images should be 350dpi.
- TIFF images are preferred.
Submission of Digital Files
During the period client material is in our possession,
we handle it with the utmost care. We cannot be responsible for material
in our office or in the office of subcontractors. ALL material is submitted
at your own risk. All material sent to our office should be packaged carefully,
and sent FedEx or Postal Courier Service with a $10.00 value for customs
purposes. The value ensures that it clears customs easily. For further

1. Please send camera ready artwork for all logos, including any colour
preference for backgrounds.
