  1. Supply your 8x10 prints or transparencies of subjects.
  2. Caption or titles pertaining to each photo
  3. Supply biography or an optional foreword or introduction
    by a known person in your industries or area.
  4. Financial arrangement per following outline

Step 1 - Send 1/3 deposit with photos to initiate project
Step 2 - Additional 1/3 due when you approve proofs
Step 3 - Balance due upon completion of the book
